Mi-Consultants have been our tax accountants for 4 years. Over this time, I have come to know them as courteous, diligent and receptive to our specific taxation issues. Where there have been those occasional esoteric and/or difficult taxation issues about which Mi-Consultants were not immediately across, they have always followed through to obtain the correct tax detail, advice and outcomes for us.
Mi-Consultants handled all my wife’s & my taxation through to the end of our corporate careers in the Mineral Processing and Oil & Gas industries, while simultaneously operating a privately owned technical sales business. We recently downsized our suburban Perth home and moved to the country, having over a long period constructed a small BnB & beef cattle farming partnership as we move into retirement.
Across the years Mi-Consultants have also accounted for our Corporate Trustee controlled, DIY Superannuation Fund and in more recent times, assisted in regards to minimizing some inheritance & estate tax issues involved with an Investment Trust that includes complex corporate structures and CGT issues.
Aside from the personal effort involved in preparing all of our different taxation returns correctly for the ATO, we always found Eddie Ko, the practice manager to be knowledgeable, friendly and to have had a real sense of humour when working alongside both he and his qualified staff.
